MDM Digital Group Limited supplies genuine branded products to business customers throughout the UK and internationally.
Delivery arrangements, shipping costs and estimated lead times are confirmed by our team before an order is accepted.
Please note:
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, supply chain disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the Buyer.
- Buyers should inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us promptly if any items are damaged, missing or materially different from those ordered.
- Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection, while legal ownership remains with MDM Digital Group Limited until payment has been received in full.
Returns & Refunds
MDM Digital Group Limited supplies business customers only (B2B). Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all sales are considered final.
Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be considered where:
- We have authorised the return in writing before goods are returned; or
- Goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, or materially different from those ordered, and the issue is reported promptly with appropriate supporting evidence.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect products, quantities or variants ordered by the Buyer.
- Products that are no longer required.
- Products purchased for resale that cannot be sold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy or any other third-party marketplace.
- Marketplace account suspensions, listing removals, ASIN restrictions, ungating requirements, policy changes or other enforcement actions taken by any third-party platform.
- Claims that cannot be supported with reasonable evidence.
- Products that have been opened, used, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, promotional, special-order or other non-returnable products.
Where a return has been authorised, products must be returned in their original, unopened and resalable condition unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
The Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning authorised goods unless the return is due to an error by MDM Digital Group Limited or the goods were delivered faulty or materially not as described.
All authorised returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds, replacements or credit notes will only be issued where MDM Digital Group Limited determines that the return or claim is valid.
Third-Party Marketplace Sales
Customers purchasing products for resale through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy or any other third-party marketplace do so at their own risk.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that products meet the policies, compliance requirements and approval processes of their chosen marketplace before making a purchase.
Unless expressly agreed in writing before the sale, MDM Digital Group Limited is under no obligation to provide additional supply chain documentation, supplier information, manufacturer details, upstream invoices, letters of authorisation or other documentation after a sale has been completed.
MDM Digital Group Limited accepts no responsibility for marketplace account suspensions, listing restrictions, authenticity reviews, ungating applications or any other actions taken by third-party marketplaces.

This website is a trade catalogue only and does not process online payments or automatically accept orders.
All enquiries are reviewed by our team before an order is confirmed. Product availability, pricing, delivery arrangements and payment terms will be agreed directly with the Buyer before an order is accepted.
